Boostim 375 Tablet works by targeting and eliminating the bacteria responsible for these infections.

Composition of Boostim 375 Tablet:

Each film coated Boostim 375 Tablet contains- Amoxicillin Trihydrate equivalent to Amoxycillin 250 mg and Potassium Clavulanate Diluted equivalent to Clavulanic Acid 125 mg.

• Bone and joint infections- Osteomyelitis
• Intra-abdominal Infections- Appendicitis, inflammation of the peritoneum.
• Other Infections- Uterine infection during or after abortion, miscarriage or childbirth.

 How Boostim 375 Tablet Works:

Boostim 375 Tablet contains two active ingredients, Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid, that work together as a combination antibiotic to treat bacterial infections.

Amoxicillin is an antibiotic medicine, belongs to the  that stops the growth of infections causing bacteria by preventing them from forming their protective outer layer. While Clavulanic acid belongs to the class of medicines called ‘beta-lactamase inhibitors’ that helps amoxicillin work better. It works by blocking an enzyme called beta-lactamase, which some bacteria produce to protect themselves. Beta-lactamase can break down amoxicillin, making it ineffective, thereby allowing amoxicillin to work properly.
