  2. Return Policy: At Sastasundar, you can return products within 14 days of delivery if the item isn’t marked as non-returnable. Eligibility for Returns: Sastasundar allows customers to return products within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, labels, and seals intact. It does not accept returns for products such as personal care items, health supplements, and consumables if they are opened or used.

  4. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers can return it within 3 days. Sastasundar will cover the return shipping charges in these cases. The return process is simple and quick. Customers must contact customer support to initiate the return. Sastasundar ensures a hassle-free return experience for all eligible products.

  5. Return Request Process: To initiate a return, visit the 'Contact Us' section on the app or website sastasundar.com / www.sastasundar.in.  Alternatively, contact our customer support team by phone 6289090000 or email at care@sastasundar.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

  6. Products That Cannot be Returned:
    • Temperature-Controlled Products- Temperature-controlled products, such as insulin, injections, and temperature-controlled eye drops, are delivered unless the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
    • Doctor-Changed Medicines -If customers return medicines due to a change in the doctor's prescription, they must provide a new order number in the remarks field when placing the return request. Additionally, we will not accept returns for products that are unsealed, opened, or used.

  7. Refund Policy: Sastasundar's refund policy allows customers to return products within a specified period if they are unsatisfied or if the product is defective. The company refunds or exchanges eligible items when customers initiate the return with proper documentation. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the company promptly processes the refund.

  8. Refund Eligibility: Sastasundar processes refunds for eligible returns within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We ensure quick and efficient handling to make your experience seamless. If your return qualifies, we will process your refund promptly.

  9. Refund Method: Sastasundar will issue refunds to the original payment method or as store credits, depending on the payment method and the customer’s preference. If a claim is found to be valid, we will process the refund within 7 working days of the return pickup. If the customer chooses a bank account refund, Sastasundar will credit the refund to the bank account provided during the return request.

  10. Damaged Items in Transit - If you receive damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us photos of the damage along with a description of the issue.

  11. Cancellation Policy: Sastasundar's cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their orders within a specified time frame, typically before the shipment is processed. If the order is cancelled within this period, a full refund is provided. However, once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds are issued.

  12. Before and After Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment. To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the product according to the return policy.

  13. Cancellation Due to Service Limitations: Sastasundar reserves the right to cancel orders it cannot process or fulfil. This may occur if the product is unavailable, the requested quantities cannot be met, or if there are inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by our partners or suppliers. In such cases, we will promptly notify customers of the cancellation.

  14. Refund Against Cancellation: Sastasundar will process refunds for cancellations initiated by the company. We will credit the refund to the original payment method used by the customer. Please note that we will not provide refunds for products marked as "No returns applicable" if the customer refuses delivery at the doorstep for prepaid orders.

  15. Shipping Charges: The customer will bear the shipping charges for returns due to preference, while Sastasundar will cover the shipping charges for damaged or defective products.
