Though we have a very short journey to define our retreats in association with Sastasundar with a span of 1.5 years.But still we have marked our presence as sastasundar in the hearts of many customers starting from a child to a old person. With our wide range of products we have been able to become a family member of many customers.We have slowly grown just as a sapling grows into a plant we too have evolved with the mission,vision and culture of sastasundar. For sastasundar, not only we are catering the needs of customers but also able to provide career to many youths helping them to achieve their livelihood. Finally we feel proud to be associated with such a innovative organisation which is always thinking for newer technologies and ideas to change the scenario of IndianHealthMarket

Saatasundar is our first venture in business. It's our startup one. We had gone through a tough and experienceful journey to establish this venture. Its only 6 months we have started. We have got pretty good response in locality. We strongly believe that marketing and customer satisfaction are two most important factor for any business. We have reached a good number of customer. In this area we have mixed and matched experience. Sastasundar team and management have always been a great support. We convey our heartiest gratitude for their guidance and support in every bit of our journey. We have become a family now. Still a long way to go... :)

1.Tranformed and empowered a house wife to an entrepreneur. It has given me a lot of friends and acquaintances and helped me up my patience level and inter personal skills. Life has reached a certain satisfaction level as sastasundar has given me financial independence. Have gained some knowledge about medicine and medicines.
2.Sastasundar has been a boon for quite a few senior and ailing people who no longer have to search for their medicines. Many a times customers forget to carry their prescriptions for their Doctors visit and call me to ask for the names of medicines that they take. They call me or whatsapp their prescriptions directly after Doctors consultation for their medicine requirements. Today itself Customer Kiran Sipani called me after the consultation with Doctor for her medicine order. Customer Ardhendu Das' neurologist son at Manipal Hospital whatsapps his fathers requirements which then I try to arrange from where ever possible.
3.My personal experience is that I fell like a useful contrbuting member of the society as so many peple rely on their requirements on me.They are sure that by any source I will try my utmost to procure medicines for them
4.My two and a half journey with sastasundar has given me great happiness and satisfaction and I hope that this relationship continues for a long long time.

Sastasundar has drastically changed our life, by keeping busy 24 hours a day by attending phone calls and quarries from customers ,and strengthen the public relations. we get the confidence from our customers that all the medicines are always available in sastasunder and if not we assure them that we could procure within some days and that is possible.Customers were not happily accept the decision of lowing the discount. They rather propose to discontinue the 2%currency point but increase the discount on medicines..as a result they were shifted to other chain medicine shops to get more than 15% discount, as a HB,I am proud to be associated with sastasundar and hope it will become a bigger name in medicine industry in near future. thanking you.
