Q. What are the different payment methods available at SastaSundar.com or Sastasundar App for medicines?

A. No payments are accepted for medicines on Sastasundar website and App. The orders and Prescription of the Users are being forwarded to the Independent Licensed Chemists who verify the Prescription and approves the order and then only medicines are dispensed to the Users by the Qualified Pharmacists seating at the Independent Licensed Chemist. The payments shall be made on COD (Cash on Delivery) to the Independent Licensed Chemist.

Q. What are the different payment methods available at SastaSundar.com for OTC products?

A. There are multiple payment methods - Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, Third party Wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) for OTC products only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in Serviceable area (i.e. West Bengal, Delhi & NCR).

Q. Is the price, shown on SastaSundar.com for a product, all inclusive?

A. Yes, the price shown on our website is final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

However, there is a delivery charge of Rs 50/- if total order value is less than Rs. 250/- for Serviceable areas(i.e. West Bengal, Delhi & NCR).

In Non Serviceable areas if total order amount is less than Rs. 750/-, shipping charges of Rs. 75/- will be charged .

Q. I have received the wrong invoice. What do I do?

A. Please call on 628-90-90-000 and lodge a complaint about your wrong invoice. You can also mail us through your mail box using “Complaints/Grievances” as the subject. We will resolve discrepancies, if any.
