Walyte ORS Orange Flavour Powder is a W.H.O. recommended oral rehydration salt, used to restore body fluids & electrolytes lost due to diarrhoea and/or vomiting or excessive sweating due to various reasons.
Composition:
Each sachet (22.0 g powder) contains:
Sodium Chloride: 2.60 g, Potassium Chloride: 1.50 g, Dextrose (Anhydrous): 13.50 g, Sodium Citrate: 2.90 g, Excipients q.s.
22.0 g of powder in 1.0 litre of water supplies: (mOsmol/litre):
Sodium: 75.0, Potassium: 20.0, Chloride: 65.0, Citrate: 10.0, Dextrose: 75.0
Total Osmolarity: 245.0 mOsmol/litre.

Walyte ORS Orange Flavour Powder for the replacement of fluid and electrolytes loss due to diarrhoea and/or vomiting or excessive sweating due to various reasons.
Usage Direction of Walyte ORS Orange Flavour Powder:
- Walyte ORS Orange Flavour Powder is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
- Direction of use: Dissolve entire contents of one sachet in 1.0 litre of previously boiled and cooled water. The prepared solution should be used within 24 hours and discard the remaining solution.
- Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
- Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
- Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
