How to Use -
Apply on chest, throat & back for relief from 6 cough & cold symptoms: breathing difficulty, body ache, cough, blocked nose, headache & muscular stiffness. Start feeling relief in 5 minutes from cough, blocked nose, & breathing difficulty.
Steam Inhalation: Add 1- 2 teaspoons to a bowl of hot water (not boiling). Cover the head with a towel, & lean over the bowl to form a tent. Gently inhale for 10 - 15 minutes. Repeat up to 3 times per day.
