Tears Naturale Forte is a lubricant eye drop, formulated with Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Dextran,Glycerin. It is used to treatment of dryness of the eye and also Provide temporary relief from burning and irritation.

Active ingredients:
Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose: 0.3% w/v, Glycerin: 0.2% w/v & Dextran 70: 0.1% w/v.
Inactive ingredients:
Sodium Chloride, Glycine, Polysorbate 80-NF, Boric acid-NF, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Chloride Dihydrate, Hydrochloric Acid-NF and Sodium Hydroxide-NF, Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Zinc Chloride, Purified Water.
Preservative:
Polyquad (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% w/v
Uses of Tears Naturale Forte Eye Drop:
- Provide temporary relief from burning, and irritation due to dryness of the eye
- Provide Relief of discomfort due to minor irritations of the eye or to exposure to wind or sun.
Usage Direction of Tears Naturale Forte Eye Drop:
- Tears Naturale Forte Eye Drop is recommended for external use only as advised by the physician.
- Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
- Replace nozzle cap immediately after use.
- Tears Naturale Forte Eye Drop is not for injection use.
- Before application, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
