Methionine Bound Zinc Complex 100 mg equivalent to Elemental Zinc: 20 mg, Beta Carotene 10% Dispersion): 30 mg (Derived from naturally occurring mixed carotenoids), Selenium Dioxide: 200 mcg, Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate: 2 mg, Copper Sulphate Pentahydrate: 1 mg, Chromium Picolinate: 1.04 mg, Excipients: q.s.
