Dosage Information -
1 - 2 tablespoonfuls (about 10 g - 20 g) of Satavari lactation supplement granules to one glass (about 200 ml) of hot or cold, milk or water.
Stir quickly to mix well & drink immediately. Add sugar/honey if preferred.
