Usage Direction:

•   Vivamom (Chocolate Flavour) is intended to consume orally in a dose & direction as advised by the health care professional.
•   Take 50 ml of lukewarm water or milk. Add 2 levelled scoops (30 g) of Vivamom powder and stir briskly. Add 50 ml more water or milk to the cup. More water or milk may be added as desired. Stir well once prepared, consume immediately for better taste. Otherwise, cover refrigerate and drink within 24 hours.
•   Mixing with water or milk greater than 35°C may compromise the benefits of the probiotics.
•   Before consumption always goes the leaflet or label instruction that comes with the product.

•   If allergic to any ingredients of Vivamom (Chocolate Flavour) let the doctors know straight away.
•   Not recommended for people allergic to milk.
•   Not for people with lactose intolerance and galactosemia.

•   This box contains a sealed foil pouch. Once the foil pouch has been opened, empty the contents in an air-tight container or else seal the pouch and keep it inside the box.
