DHA: 200 mcg, Biotin: 5 mg, Methylcobalamin: 1.5 mg, Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate: 1.3 mg, L-Methylfolate Calcium: 1 mg.

Methylfolate- The Active form of Folic Acid
Folate is broken down by the body into an active form known as L-Methylfolate.
- Methylfolate is taken in supplement form at least one month before conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy gently reduces the risk of spina bifida and other neural tube defects.
- It helps create DNA and prevents DNA damage.
Methylcobalamin- The Active form of Vit B12
- It is required to correct anemia, neurological defects and aging.
