Product Information - Maharishi Ayurveda Ambimap Tablet: In Ayurveda ATISAR (diarrhoea) and PRAVAHIKA (Commonly termed dysentery) are considered inter-related conditions. Atisar is a disease wherein watery stools are passed; the Api or Jal Dhatu diminishes the JATHARAGNI (digestive fire) and gets activated by vitiated Doshas and passes out as watery stools. Pravahika is a related condition in which stools pass in a lesser amount along with mucus (sometimes with blood also) but with increased frequency. Imbalanced Vata and Pitta doshas are the major causative factors. Grahni is a letter stage of Atisar and Pravahika and may develop as an independent disease by itself. Several internal KRIMIS ( intestinal parasites/worms) often complicate the condition where stools mixed with mucus, blood, foul smell, and whitish froth are formed and are referred to as Krimij Grahni.

Pdr. 57.20mg, Salmalia malabarica Exd. Pdr. 23.80mg, hordeum vulgare Pl. W.S.A. 14.30mg, Cyperus scariosus Rt. Tr. Pdr. 19.05mg, shorea robusta Exd. pdr. 19.05mg, Piper Nigrum Fr. Pdr. 19.05mg, Piper Longum Fr. Pdr. 19.05mg, Aconitum Heterophyllum Rt. Pdr. 19.05mg, Punica Granatum Fr. R. Ash 47.60mg, Trachyspermum ammi Fr. Ash 47.60mg, Gum Acacia 9.50mg, Talcum 4.75mg, Starch 4.75mg, Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 4.75mg

Dosage Information - 1 - 2 tablets 2 - 3 times a day with water or as directed by the physician.
