Product Description:

Surgiclude Orthoptic Eye Patch is highly breathable and absorbent nonstick pad, ideal for treating Strabismus (lazy eye). This eye patches feature an extra gentle, comfortable to wear, hypoallergenic adhesive for use on tender skin. These doctor-recommended orthoptic eye patches provides a highly breathable backing that sticks well, yet removes easily.

Application Instructions:

•   For best adhesion, first clean and dry skin around eye.
•   Carefully peel the paper liner form the eye patch.
•   Gently close both eyes keeping facial muscles relaxed. Do not close eyes so tightly wrinkles appear.
•   Center eye patch over the affected eye with the narrow end towards the nose. Do not stretch or pull skin.
•   Gently secure patch in place by pressing tape outward with light fingertip pressure.
•   Before application, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Caution:

•   If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor for an alternative eye covering.
