Product Information - Sunrise Tadka Masala has proportions that have been laboriously perfected to help make dal tadka as simple as sprinkle-mix-eat. It can just be sprinkled on any type of dal to give it a tasty twist. Need to be checked as it doesn't work with the North Indian way of making dal, largely a product for Bengal. Add our masala to your dish and let it arouse the senses, warm the heart and satiate the soul.
Ingredients - Mixed Spices (78%) [Chilli, Corriander, Garlic, Ginger, Dried Mango Powder, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Cumin, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Clove], Lodized salt (12%)and onion.
How to Use - Soak 250g of Black Lentil for 2-3 hours boil and keep aside. Heat Oil in a Pan and saute 4 medium size chopped onion 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and 2 dried chilli till brown. Now add boiled tentil 2-3 tablespoon of sunrise Tadka Masala 2-3 chopped tomatoes green chillies, salt to taste and cookfor 5 manutes. Served with chopped green corriander leaves.
