Product Information - The Sunrise Biryani Masala Powder is processed using advanced machinery and is made in accordance to the international quality standards. The powder is evaluated with stringent quality tests so that our customers get the same taste every time.
Ingredients - Mixed spices (95%) [Cinnamon, Cardamom shell (Elaichi fotri), Mace, cardamon, Black Pepper (10%), Chill clove (5%), Cardamom, Nutmeg] & clove stem (Laung) may contain wheat.
Direction for Use -
Soak 500g Basmati Rice in water for an hour & drain well. Heat 5 minutes with ghee in a Kadhai. Lower the heat & put 3 Tej Patta and 3 green chilies. 50g cashew now 50g green peas and fry. Add 3 sliced onions & sauce on a medium flame till golden brown. Make a paste of 3 tablespoons of Sunrise biryani masala & add the paste & one cup of boiled milk to the kadhai. Now add rice and cook in low heat till the flavor comes alive. You may add 2 tablespoons of Keora water (optional) as per your choice.
