About Sinomet P Moist Nasal Drops:
Sinomet P Moist Nasal Drops is formulated with Xylometazoline Hydrochloride that provides soothing relief for blocked nasal passages due to cold and allergies. It also used for reducing swelling and congestion by thinning mucus. It also safe for children
Composition:
Xylometazoline Hydrochloride: 0.05% w/v, Sorbitol Solution (70%) (Non-Crystallising): 2.0% w/v, in an aqueous buffered vehicle containing Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Preservative:
Benzalkonium Chloride: 0.01% w/v
Use of Sinomet P Moist Nasal Drops:
- Provides relief from blocked nose, due to cold, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis etc.
- Used for reducing swelling and congestion by thinning mucus
Usage direction of Sinomet P Moist Nasal Drops:
- Sinomet P Moist Nasal Drops is intended for external use only as advised.
Administration:
- Wipe mucous away from the nose.
- Keep the head lower than shoulders.
- Insert dropper pipette a little way in to each nostril and apply 1-2 drops.
- Keep the head still for a few minutes. Pull out the rubber teat slightly to facilitate administration.
- Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
- Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
- Before application, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

- If allergic to any ingredients of Sinomet P Moist Nasal Drops, let the physician know straight away.
