Directions For Preparation & Use:

  •   Use as directed by your baby’s physician.
  •   Proper hygiene , handling and storage are important when preparing follow-up formula. Failure to follow these instructions can potentially lead to adverse effects on the health of your baby.
  •   Powdered infant formula are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby’s physician.
  •   Wash thoroughly – Clean the feeding bottle, bowl, nipple, cap, and all utensils using clean water before preparing the feed.
  •   Boil utensils – After rinsing off the soap, boil the utensils for 5 minutes to ensure proper sterilization.
  •   Boil drinking water – Let it cool down to lukewarm before use.
  •   Measure water correctly – Use the correct amount of lukewarm water as per feeding instructions (e.g., 30 ml per 1 level scoop of formula).
  •   Use the enclosed scoop – Level the scoop using a straight edge to measure accurately.
  •   Mix well – Add 1 level scoop (~4.4 g) per 30 ml of water in the bottle or bowl, shake/mix well until the powder is completely dissolved.
  •   Use immediately – Discard any leftover feed within 1 hour after preparation.

Warning / Caution -

  •   Infant food / Infant milk substitute is not the sole source of nourishment of an infant. Careful and hygienic preparation of infant food / infant milk substitute is most essential for health. Do not use fewer scoops than directed since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by your infant. Do not use more scoops than directed since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by your infant. Never use a microwave oven to prepare or warm formula, serious burns can result. Infant food shall be introduced after the age of six months and upto the age of 2 years. Infant food / Infant milk substitute should be used only on the advice of a health worker as to the need for its use and the proper method of its use.

Storage Condition:

  •   Store unopened tin under normal room temperature conditions. Once this tin is opened, contents should be used within two weeks or within expiry date whichever is earlier. Cover opened tin and store in a cool, dry place (Not in refrigerator).
