Each 24g Contains (Qty in mg) - 

Chyavanprash Q.S.; Bhasma of Shrunga (Horn) 30, Abhrak (Mica(Biotite)) 4.8, Raupya (Silver) 2.4, Suvarna (Gold) 0.496; Powders of Sukshmaila (Elettaria Cardamomum-sd.) 12, Jatiphal (Myristica Fragrans -Sd.) 2.4, Kunkuma (Crocus Sativus -Stl./Stg.) 2.4, Preservative : Sodium Benzoate q.s.

Dosage Information - 1 tablespoon (Approx. 12g) once or twice a day preferably on empty stomach with a hot drink afterwards or as directed by the physician.
