About Rexite D3 Tablet:

Rexite D3 Tablet is formulated with Mecobalamin, Folic Acid, Pyridoxine HCl and Vitamin D3 that helps to support the overall health scenario of an individual.

Composition:

Each film coated tablet contains:

Mecobalamin (as sustained Release): 1500 mcg, Folic Acid: 1.5 mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride: 3 mg, Vitamin D3: 1000 IU, Excipients q.s.

Colours:

Ferric oxide Red & Titanium Dioxide

Appropriate overages of Vitamins are added to compensate the loss on storage

Usage Direction of Rexite D3 Tablet:

•   Rexite D3 Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
•   Rexite D3 Tablet should be swallowed whole.
•   Do not crush or chew the tablet.
•   Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
•   Do not consume more than the recommended quantity.
•   Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

•   If allergic to any ingredients of Rexite D3 Tablet, let the physician know straight away.
•   If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
