About Revive Soft Eye Drops:

Revive Soft Eye Drop is used as a lubricating agent for dry and irritated eyes. It contains Polyethylene Glycol 400 &  Propylene Glycol that provides temporary relief from symptoms such as burning, irritation and discomfort due to dry eyes or exposure to sun or wind.

Composition:

Polyethylene Glycol 400 NF: 0.4% w/v, Propylene Glycol: 0.3% w/v, Sterile aqueous base: q.s

Uses Of Revive Soft Eye Drops:

•   Used as a lubricating agent for dry, irritated eyes.
•   Provides temporary relief from symptoms such as burning, irritation and discomfort due to dry eyes or exposure to sun or wind.

Usage Direction Of Revive Soft Eye Drops:

•   Revive Soft Eye Drops is intended for external & opthalmic use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
•   Do not skip or stop using Revive Soft Eye Drops without the physician’s advice.
•   Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
•   Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Other Related Information Of Revive Soft Eye Drops:

•   If allergic to any ingredients of Revive Soft Eye Drops, let the physician know straight away.
•   If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
•   The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with any other products.
•   Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
•   Keep the medicine out of reach of children.

Warning:

•   If irritation persists or increases discontinue the use and consult Ophthalmologist
•   Do not touch the bottle tip to any surface as this may contaminate the solution.

Storage Condition of Revive Soft Eye Drops:

•   Store in a dry, well-ventilated place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
