Pilelex Piles Drop is an effective homoeopathic medicine that relieves symptoms associated with Piles. It is very much effective in swollen piles, constipation with heavy pressure in the lower part of the abdomen, constipation with violent rectal pain, bleeding & burning in the anus, tearing / violent pain during & after stool, itching in the anus, internal blind piles, frequently with pain in back and diarrhea with jaundice.

Muriaticum Acidum 3x: 0.25 ml, Hamamelis Virginiana 1x: 0.25 ml, Aesculus Hippocastanum 2x: 0.75 ml, Nux Vomika 1x: 1.00 ml, Aloe Socotrina 3x: 0.75 ml, Calcarea Fluorica 6: 0.25 ml, Collinsonia Canadensis 30x: 0.25 ml, Nitricum Acidum 6: 0.50 ml, Paeonia Officinalis 1x: 0.50 ml and Thuja Occidentalis 2x: 0.50 ml.
