Usage Direction: 

•   RenaDiet HP is intended to consume orally in a dose and direction as advised by the Dietician.
•   Suitable for both oral and tube feeding.
•   Instructions for use: 1. Take 80 ml. of previously boiled and cooled water in a suitable container (approx. 150 ml capacity).2. Tear off top of the sachet. 3. Empty sachet into water. 4. Stir briefly until powder has dissolved. 5. There is no need to chill or add ice unless desired.
•   Tube Feeding: Follow Dietician’s instructions. Use shaker or suitable closed container for preparation. Pour 80 ml water at room temperature into container. Add contents of RenaDiet-HP sachet into water. Stir or shake if using covered container till powder has dissolved. The condition of the patient should be considered when determining the proper flow rate. Volume and dilution to achieve optimum patient tolerance.
•   Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
