Each hard gelatin capsule contains:

Lycopene !0%: 10,000 mcg, Betacarotene 10%: 10 mg, Methylcobalamin: 500 mcg, Selenium (As Sodium Selenite): 70 mcg, Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate Eqv. to elemental Zinc: 27.45 mg and Excipients q.s.

Approved colour used in the capsule shell.
