Direction For Use:
- Rangna Epsom Salt is for external use only.
- Bath: Add 1-2 cups to warm water, soak for 15-20 minutes to relax muscles and reduce stress.
- Foot Soak: Use 1/2 cup in a basin of warm water, soak feet for 15-20 minutes to relieve fatigue.
- Scrub: Mix with oil to exfoliate skin gently.
- For Plants: Dissolve 1 table spoon in a gallon of water and feed plants every 2-4 weeks.
