Directions for Use - 2 tablespoons (30 g) twice daily in 200 ml lukewarm milk or water.
- Take 50 ml of lukewarm milk or water.
- Add 2 tablespoons (30 g) of Pulmocare powder & stir briskly until dissolved.
- Add more milk or water to fill remaining volume of the cup or according to your taste preference (Max. 200 ml)
- Stir well. Once prepared, consume immediately for better taste.
