About P 500 mg Suspension:

P 500 mg Suspension belongs to the group of mild analgesics (pain killers) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) medicine indicated for symptomatic relief from mild to moderate pain.

Each 5 ml contains Paracetamol: 500 mg in a flavoured base.

Colour: Sunset Yellow FCF

Paracetamol exerts analgesic and antipyretic effects by peripheral blockage of pain impulse generation and inhibition of the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre, respectively. It also exhibits weak anti-inflammatory activity by the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.

Use of P 500 mg Suspension:

P 500 mg Suspension is recommended to ease mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. It is also used for the treatment of conditions including headache, migraine, backache, toothache, menstrual pain, musculoskeletal pain, and common colds.

Usage Direction of P 500 mg Suspension:

•   P 500 mg Suspension is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
•   Shake well before use.
•   Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
•   Do not consume more than the recommended quantity.
•   Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Related information of P 500 mg Suspension:

•   If hypersensitive or allergic to P 500 mg Suspension, inform the physician immediately.
•   If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
•   P 500 mg Suspension should not be used with other Paracetamol-containing products.
•   The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this tablet with any other medicines or supplements.
•   Warning: Taking more than daily dose may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions (e.g. swelling of the face, mouth and throat, difficulty in breathing, itching or rash)
