About Orsiva Orange Flavour Sachet:

Orsiva Orange Flavour Sachet is a W.H.O based formula, advised for the replacement of fluid and electrolytes loss due to diarrhoea, vomiting and other conditions where there is a loss of water and electrolytes.

Composition:

Each Sachet of (21 g) contains:

Sodium Chloride: 2.6 g, Potassium Chloride: 1.5 g, Dextrose Anhydrous: 13.5 g, Sodium Citrate: 2.9 g, Excipients: q.s.

21 g Of Orsiva Orange Flavour in 1 Litre water supplies electrolytes in the following concentrations:

Sodium: 75 mOsmol/Litre, Potassium: 20 mOsmol/Litre, Chloride: 65 mOsmol/Litre, Citrate: 10 mOsmol/Litre, Dextrose: 75 mOsmol/Litre, Total Osmolarity: 245 mOsmol/Litre.

Uses Of Orsiva Orange Flavour Sachet:

•   Used for the replacement of fluid and electrolytes loss due to various reasons.

Usage Direction Of Orsiva Orange Flavour Sachet:

•   Orsiva Orange Flavour Sachet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
•   The daily intake should correspond to the patient’s fluid requirement for maintenance and replacement of ongoing losses.
•   Take 5 glasses of water equivalent to 1 litre.
•   Boil the water.
•   Let the boiled water cool.
•   Dissolve entire contents of the sachet in one litre of the previously boiled and cooled water and consume it.
•   Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
•   Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
•   Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

•   If allergic to any ingredients of Orsiva Orange Flavour Sachet, let the physician know straight away.
•   If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
•   The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
•   Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
•   Keep out of reach of children.

Caution:

•   Use with caution in impaired renal function or intestinal obstruction.
•   Solution to be used within 24 hours.
•   Discard the unused solution.

Storage Condition Of Orsiva Orange Flavour Sachet:

•   Store protected from moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
