About Ors (Ranbaxy) Apple Flavour Liquid:

Ranbaxy Apple Flavour ORS Liquid is an Oral Rehydration Salt formula recommended by WHO. It is used in conditions for diarrhoea, vomiting and when there is loss of water and electrolytes. Its tasty apple flavour makes it more delicious to consume.

Composition:

Each pack of 200 ml contains:

Sodium Chloride: 0.52 g, Potassium Chloride: 0.30 g, Sodium Citrate: 0.58 g, Dextrose (Anhydrous): 2.70 g & Excipients q.s.

200 ml of this product delivers electrolytes in the following concentrations:

Electrolytes:

Sodium: 75 mmol/lit, potassium: 20 mmol/lit, Chloride: 65 mmol/lit, Citrate: 10 mmol/lit & Dextrose: 75 mmol/lit- Total Osmolarity is 245 mOsmol/lit

Usage Direction of Ors (Ranbaxy) Apple Flavour Liquid:

•   Ors (Ranbaxy) Apple Flavour Liquid is intended to consume orally.
•   The dose should be appropriately adjusted to individual’s requirement for maintenance and replacement of body fluids.
•   Do not consume more than the recommended quantity.
•   Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

•   If allergic to any ingredients of Ors (Ranbaxy) Apple Flavour Liquid, let the healthcare professional know straight away.
•   If found any other complications, inform the healthcare professional immediately.
•   Caution: Caution should be observed in patients with depressed renal functions. Severe continuing diarrhoea or other critical fluid losses may need supplementation with other parenteral fluids along with ORS.
•   This product is not for injection.
•   Do not buy / consume if the pack is puffed / seal is broken.
•   The liquid should be consumed immediately after opening the pack.
•   The healthcare professional should be well informed when the concomitant consumption of this one with another product.
•   Seek precaution during pregnancy and lactation.
•   Keep out of reach of children.

Storage Condition of Ors (Ranbaxy) Apple Flavour Liquid:

•   Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
