About ORS Apple Flavour:

ORS Apple Flavour helps to restore body fluids and electrolytes lost due to dehydration. It is a ready to drink formula based on W.H.O., essential for the replacement of fluid and electrolytes, and mantainance of hydration.

Composition:

Each 200 ml pack contains:

Sodium Chloride: 0.52 g, Potassium Chloride: 0.30 g, Sodium Citrate: 0.58 g, Dextrose (Anhydrous): 2.70 g, Excipients: q.s.

200 ml of ORS delivers electrolytes in following concentrations:

Sodium: 75 mOsmol/lit, Potassium: 20 mOsmol/lit, Chloride: 65 mOsmol/lit, Citrate: 10 mOsmol/lit, Dextrose: 75 mOsmol/lit, Total Osmolarity: 245 mOsmol/lit

Uses Of ORS Apple Flavour:

•   Helps to restore body fluids.
•   Used for the replacement of fluid and electrolytes, and mantainance of hydration.

Usage direction Of ORS Apple Flavour:

•   ORS Apple Flavour is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
•   Daily dose should be equivalent to patient’s fluid requirement for maintainance and replacement of losses in body fluids.
•   Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
•   Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
•   Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Other Related Information Of ORS Apple Flavour:

•   If allergic to any ingredients of ORS Apple Flavour, let the physician know straight away.
•   If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
•   The physician should be well informed when concomitant consumption of this one with any other medicines or supplements.
•   ORS Apple Flavour is not used for injection.
•   Use the content within 24 hours after opening.
•   Do not buy/consume if the pack is puffed/ seal is broken.
•   Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
•   Keep out of reach of children.

Caution:

Depressed renal function, severe continuing diarrhoea or other critical fluid losses may need supplementation with other parenteral fluids along with ORS.

Storage Condition Of ORS Apple Flavour:

•   Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
