Product Information:-Well-balanced formula improves, diabetes control, reduces fat %, improves bowel function . One serving of active fiber complex provides 5 g of dietary fiber (soluble fiber). it is a water soluble dietary fiber supplement. Contains a blend of soluble fiber – inulin, Resistant maltodextrin, Partially Hydrolysed gaur gum . Usage mix 1 scoop with 150 ml of water. Enjoy it in water or add to your favorite formula of juice, Honey . For diabetes management add 2 scoops in 100 g atta & consume high fiber roti/chapati . or take 1 – 2 times a day 30 minutes before meals .
