Usage Direction:

  •   Consule Nascent (1) Infant Formula Powder strictly as directed by a registered healthcare professional, following the recommended dose and schedule.
  •   Wash hands with soap.Wash bottle / bowl, teat in hot water. Rinse thoroughly. Squirt water through hole in teat.
  •   Sterilize utensils, bottle / bowl and teat. Make sure that the feeding equipments are completely covered in boiling water during sterilization.
  •   Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and leave it till lukewarm. The water should be no cooler than 70°, so do not leave it more than 30 minutes after boiling. Pour exact amount of lukewarm water as per feeding table.
  •   Check instructions on the pack for exact number of scoops of powder to use as per the age of infant. Tap scoop to level the powder and add to lukewarm water in the feeding bottle / bowl.
  •   Shake the bottle / stir to mix well and put a drop of feed onto wrist to assure right temperature. Use formula within one hour. Discard any leftover feed.
  •   While travelling out with the infant, carry feeding bottle with right amount of boiled cooled water and the inside pouch with the powder mix and feed when the infant needs. After each use, make sure the pouch is sealed tightly.
  •   Before consuming the product, carefully read the leaflet or label instructions provided with the product to ensure proper understanding and usage.

Safety Information:

  •   If allergic to any ingredients of Nascent (1) Infant Formula Powder, let the healthcare professional know straight away.
  •   The healthcare professional should be well informed when the concomitant consumption of this one with another product.
  •   This product is packed in a sealable zip lock pouch. On opening this box transfer the contents of the pack to a clear air tight container or continue using the product from the pouch.
  •   After each use, replace the container lid tightly, make sure the pouch is sealed tightly with the sealable zip lock.
  •   After opening, use the contents within two weeks or the expiry date, whichever is earlier.

Caution:

  •   Careful and hygienic preparation of infant food or infant milk substitute is most essential for health. Do not use fewer scoops than directed since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by the infant.
