Lubistar 0.5% Eye Drops contain Carboxymethylcellulose, which is a lubricant used to treat dry and irritated eyes. It is a substitute to natural tears, providing temporary relief from the burning, stinging, itching, and discomfort associated with dry eyes. Dry eye syndrome occurs when eyes are unable to produce enough tears to maintain proper lubrication, which can be caused by environmental factors like wind and sun, prolonged use of computers, or certain medications.
Composition:
Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose: 0.5% w/v, Stabilized Oxychloro Complex (As Preservative): 0.005% w/v, Sterile aqueous vehicle: q.s.

- Lubistar 0.5% Eye Drops are used to relieve irritation, burning, and discomfort due to dryness of the eyes.
Usage Direction Of Lubistar 0.5% Eye Drops:
- Lubistar 0.5% Eye Drops is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
- To pierce the vial, tighten the cap.
- Do not skip or stop using Lubistar 0.5% Eye Drops without the physician’s advice.
- Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
- Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

- If allergic to any ingredients of Lubistar 0.5% Eye Drops, let the physician know straight away.
- If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
- The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with any other products.
- Lubistar 0.5% Eye Drops is not used for injection.
- Replace the cap after every use.
- Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Warning:
- If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the physician.
- Do not touch the nozzle tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since it may contaminate the solution.
- Use the solution within one month after opening the container. If the solution becomes cloudy or dark brown, it should be discarded.
Storage Condition Of Lubistar 0.5% Eye Drops
- Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30ºC. Protect from light. Do not freeze.
