About Eyelet DS Eye Drops:

Lubi Fresh Lubricant Eye Drop is a lubricant eye drop, contain of Sodium Carboxymethyl-Cellulose. It used to treatment of dry eyes. It provide relief from soreness, burning, irritation and discomfort of the eye.

Composition:

Sodium Carboxymethyl-Cellulose: 0.5 % w/v, Stabilized Oxychloro Complex :0.005% w/v (As Preservative), Sterile Aqueous Vehicle: q.s

Uses of Eyelet DS Eye Drops:

• Used to treatment of dry eyes.
• Provide relief from soreness, burning, irritation and discomfort of the eye.

Usage Direction of Eyelet DS Eye Drops:

• Lubi Fresh Lubricant Eye Drop is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Do not skip or stop using Lubi Fresh Lubricant Eye Drop without the physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
• Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Other Related Information of Eyelet DS Eye Drops:

• If allergic to any ingredients of Lubi Fresh Lubricant Eye Drop, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• Lubi Fresh Lubricant Eye Drop is not used for injection.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with with any other products.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Keep medicine out of reach of children.

Warning:

• If irritation persists or increase discontinue the use and consult the physician.
• Do not touch the nozzle tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
• Use the solution within one month after opening the container.
• If the solution become cloudy or dark brown, it should be discarded.

Storage Condition of Eyelet DS Eye Drops:

• Store below 30°C.Protect from light & moisture.
• Do not freeze.
