About Ligneta 2% Jelly:
Ligneta 2% Jelly is a sterile local anesthetic formulation containing lignocaine hydrochloride. It prevents the production and transportation of nerve signals, thereby producing a local loss of sensation, alleviating pain and itching. It is used for short-term relief from minor pain, itching, and skin irritations caused by conditions such as minor burns, sunburn, insect bites, and scrapes. It also provides local anesthesia for minor medical, dental, or surgical procedures. It acts as an anesthetic lubricant for the smooth insertion of catheters, tubes, and diagnostic devices.
Composition:
Lignocaine Hydrochloride equivalent to Lignocaine Hydrochloride Anhydrous: 2.000% w/v, Methylparaben (As Preservative): 0.061% w/v, Propylparaben (As Preservative): 0.027% w/v, Water Soluble Gel Base: Q.S.

Usage Direction Of Ligneta 2% Jelly:
- Ligneta 2% Jelly is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
- Puncture nozzle seal with piercing point of sterile cap packed separately and then use by applicator.
- Do not skip or stop using Ligneta 2% Jelly without the physician’s advice.
- Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
- Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
Precaution & Other Related Information Of Ligneta 2% Jelly:
- If allergic to any ingredients of Ligneta 2% Jelly, let the physician know straight away.
- If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
- The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with any other products.
- The gel should not be frozen.
- Discard unused portion after single application.
- Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.

Storage Condition Of Ligneta 2% Jelly:
- Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
