Usage Direction:

•   Consume Lactodex (2) orally strictly, as directed by a registered health care professional, following the recommended dose and schedule.
•   Wash the bowl and spoon thoroughly with water.
•   Boil drinking water in a separate vessel for atleast 15 minutes & leave it till luke warm.
•   Take measured quantity of Lactodex (2) Follow-Up Formula in the previously sterilised bowl.
•   Add the required quantity of luke warm water & stir well to get an evenly mixed milk feed.
•   Before taking the product, carefully read the leaflet or label instructions provided with the product to ensure proper understanding and usage.

Warning / Caution:

•   Careful and hygienic preparation of infant food is most essential for health. Do not use fewer scoops than directed since diluted feeding will not provide adequate nutrients needed by the infant. Do not use more scoops than directed since concentrated feed will not provide the water needed by the infant.
•   A specialised Follow-Up Formula containing a blend of milk fat and vegetable oils rich in essential fatty acids. Infant food should be used only on the advice of a health worker as to the need for its use and proper method of its use.
•   Infant food shall be introduced only after the age of six months and upto the age of two years.

•   If allergic to any ingredients of Lactodex (2) let the health care professional know straight away.
•   The physician should be well informed when the concomitant consumption of this one with another medicine or supplement.
•   Infant milk substitute is not the sole source of nourishment of an infant.
•   Once the feed is prepared, use it within half an hour. Otherwise, microbial deterioration of the product may set in.
•   Use freshly prepared feed each time and discard any left-over feed.
•   Replace the lid tightly after each use.
•   After opening, use the contents within two weeks or the expiry date, whichever is earlier.
•   Keep out of reach of children.

Storage Conditions:

•   Store the tin container in a cool and dry place.
