Cooking Instructions - 

Separate the desired quantity of rice & process by choosing one of the following methods according to your usual practice of cooking. For best results, wash the uncooked rice under warm running water, until the water runs clear. Adjust the cooking time & water quantity to achieve the rice firmness you prefer. 

Open Pot Method - 

•   Take 4 cups of water in a pan & bring to a boil. 
•   Add 1 cup of rice & stir. Add salt, butter, or oil, if desired. 
•   Boil it uncovered for 7 to 8 minutes, occasionally mixing with a fork. 
•   Drain out the excess water, keep for 15 minutes & then serve. 

Closed Poy Method - 

•   Take 2 cups of water in a pan & bring to a boil. 
•   Add 1 cup of rice & stir. Add salt, butter or oil, if desired. 
•   Cover the pan & simmer for some time till the water is completely absorbed. 
•   Fluff the rice, let it stand for 5 minutes & then serve.

Microwave Method - 

•   Take 1 cup of rice in a deep microwave-safe bowl. 
•   Add 2 cups of water. Add salt, butter, or oil, if desired. 
•   Over with a lid or microwave-safe plastic wrap & cook on high for 12 - 15 minutes.
•   Fluff the rice let it stand for 5 minutes & then serve.
