About Kenadion 10 mg Tablet:

Kenadion 10 mg Tablet is a vitamin K supplement, indicated to treat & prevent vitamin K deficiency associated-bleeding and to manage certain bleeding or blood-clotting problems caused by other medicines or medical conditions.

Each uncoated Kenadion 10 mg Tablet contains Phytomenadione 10 mg.

Phytomenadione is a synthetic form of vitamin K. It acts by activating blood clotting factors, thereby, restoring normal clotting function.

Uses of Kenadion 10 mg Tablet:

Kenadion 10 mg Tablet is prescribed for the prophylaxis of bleeding caused by vitamin K deficiency, and to manage certain bleeding or blood-clotting problems caused by other medicines or medical conditions.

Usage Direction of Kenadion 10 mg Tablet:

•   Kenadion 10 mg Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as prescribed by the physician.
•   Kenadion 10 mg Tablet should be chewed before being swallowed or allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
•   Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
•   Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dosage.

Precaution & Related information of Kenadion 10 mg Tablet:

•   Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is hypersensitive to Kenadion 10 mg Tablet.
•   Inform the physician immediately, if the patient is having any other complications.
•   The physician should be aware of the concomitant use of Kenadion 10 mg Tablet with any other medication.
•   Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
•   Keep out of reach of children.

Storage condition of Kenadion 10 mg Tablet:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from light & moisture.
