Each hard gelatin Jubinerv capsule contains:

Alpha Lipoic Acid: 100 mg, Methylcobalamin: 1500 mcg, Vitamin B6: 3 mg, Folic Acid: 1.5 mg, Benfotiamine: 50 mg, Biotin: 5 mg, Chromium Picolinate Eq. to Chromium: 200 mcg.
