Product Description:

Infantmask easily delivers and obtains full benefit of inhaled medicines to young infants using an inhaler and spacer device. With the help of the Infantmask, an infant can easily inhale a complete dose of medicine, while breathing in and out normally through the mouth. The shape of the Infantmask provides a comfortable snug fit over the infant's face. The exhalation vent provides an outlet for exhaled air and makes breathing easier. Infantmask can be used only with Cipla Spacer.

Usage Direction:

1.   Infantmask is to be used as directed by the physician.
2.   Assemble the ZerostatVT Spacer. Remove the mouthpiece cap and fit the Infantmask here. Make sure that the assembled ZerostatVT Spacer with the Infantmask is clean.
3.   Take the inhaler. Remove the mouthpiece cap and check that the mouthpiece is clean. Shake the inhaler well.
4.   Insert the inhaler into the opposite end of the ZerostatVT Spacer. The ZerostatVT Spacer with Infantmask is now ready for use.
5.   Holding the inhaler, press down on the canister to release a dose into the ZerostatVT Spacer. You will see the dose released in the spacer.
6.   Sit o lay the infant on your lap and hold the Infantmask firmly over the mouth & nose with the ZerostatVT Spacer and inhaler upright. Ensure that the exhalation vent fits over the nose. Let the infant breathe normally for 60 seconds.
7.   If a second dose is required, wait for at least one minute. Remove the inhaler and shake it well. Then repeat steps 4 to 6.
8.   Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.

Note:

•   After use, the Infantmask can be removed from the ZerostatVT spacer. It can be rejoined for subsequent use as required.
•   The Infantmask can also be used with the ZerostatVT Spacer.
•   It is recommended to use a new Infantmask every 6 months.
•   If unsure on how to use this product, talk to your doctor.
•   Do not share this medical device.
•   When not in use, store in the container provided.

Cleaning Instructions:

•   Clean the Infantmask and ZerostatVT spacer atleast once a week.
•   Remove the Infantmask from the ZerostatVT Spacer. Separate the two halves of the ZerostatVT Spacer by rotating and gently pulling them apart. Ensure that the inhaler is removed before cleaning.
•   Rinse the Infantmask and both halves of the spacer in clean running water. Do not use hot water. A mild soap like liquid dishwashing solution may be used.
•   Shake well to remove excess water and air dry. Do not expose the Infantmask to heat.
•   Please ensure that the Infantmask and ZerostatVT Spacer are completely dry before I re-using.

Caution:

•   Do not push any cloth or instrument into the Infantmask as this may cause damage.

Storage Conditions:

•   Store as per label instruction.
•   Keep out of reach of children.
