Immumod contains generic drug tinocordin and is effective in treating conditions like bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, chronic bronchitis, recurrent tonsilitis, obstructive jaundice and cirrhosis of liver. It is used as an adjuvant in diabetes mellitus, cancer chemotherapy and other infectious diseases. It promotes leucocytosis and enhances phagocytic and intracellular killing capacity of PMN's and macrophages. Some minor side effects include nausea, vomiting and joint pain. The dosage is 500mg thrice a day for 24 weeks or as prescribed by your physician. The phile contains 10 tablets.
