Flamingo Lumbar Sacro Belt XXXL provides a flexible back splinting on the application which takes the body shape for excellent immobilization. How to Use - 

1.   Position the back pad properly as shown in the figure. 
2.   Secure the ends of the belt snugly. 
3.   Hold the outer straps. 
4.   Tighten the ends by attaching the hook & loop.
