About Ferozorb Tablet :
Each film-coated Ferozorb Tablet contains Ferrous Ascorbate Equivalent to Elemental Iron 100 mg, Folic Acid 1.5 mg, cyanocobalamin triturate equivalent to cyanocobalamin 7.5 mcg .
Use of Ferozorb Tablet :
Ferozorb Tablet belongs to a class of medications called ''haematinics'' primarily used to treat anaemia.
It is a multi-composition medication which contains Vitamin B12, Elemental Iron, folic acid (Vitamin B9) . So this combination is used in various clinical condition.
Cyanocobalamin, Folic acid are considered under vitamin B complex which helps in growth of new cells & tissues. Specially the formation of red blood cells.
Ferrous ascorbate is equivalent to elemental Iron. Iron is important for many functions in the body, especially for the transport of oxygen in the blood. It is essential in iron deficiency or anaemic condition.
Usage Direction of Ferozorb Tablet :
- Ferozorb Tablet should be taken orally.
- Ferozorb Tablet is taken whole with help of water.
- Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
- Do not skip or stop the tablet without physician’s advice.
- Do not consume more than the prescribed quantity.
