About Feelcal Tablet:
Feelcal Tablet is a combination product for bone health and is composed of Calcium Citrate, Vitamin D3, Zinc Sulphate, and Magnesium Hydroxide. This combination is primarily formulated to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels (hypocalcemia) and manage bone disorders like osteoporosis and osteomalacia by enhancing calcium and phosphorus absorption (via Vitamin D3) and providing highly bioavailable calcium (Calcium Citrate) for maintaining bone mass. It also helps reduce fracture risk and is often used for conditions involving impaired Vitamin D activation, such as Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Hypoparathyroidism.
Composition:
Each film coated tablet contains:
Calcium Citrate: 1000 mg, Vitamin D3: 200 IU, Zinc Sulphate: 15 mg (eq. to Elemental Zinc: 4 mg), Magnesium Hydroxide: 250 mg (eq. to Elemental Magnesium: 100 mg), Excipients: q.s.
Colour: Titanium Dioxide
Appropriate overages of vitamin added to compensate for loss on storage.
Uses Of Feelcal Tablet:
- To prevent or treat low blood calcium levels (hypocalcemia) in people with inadequate dietary intake.
- For the treatment and prevention of bone loss (osteoporosis) and associated fractures.
- Management of weak bones, such as in osteomalacia or rickets.
- May be used to maintain adequate calcium levels in certain patients, including pregnant, nursing, or postmenopausal women.
- Treatment of conditions caused by low calcium levels such as hypoparathyroidism.
- Used in the treatment of nutritional deficiencies.
Usage Direction Of Feelcal Tablet:
- Feelcal Tablet is intended for oral use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
- Feelcal Tablet should be swallowed whole with the help of water.
- Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
- Do not skip or stop the medicine without the physician’s advice.
- Do not consume more than the recommended dose.
- Before consumption, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.
