About Extralube Eye Gel:

Extralube is an ophthalmic eye gel, contain with Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose. It used to treat dry eyes and also used as artificial tears. It provide reliefs from burning, irritation and discomfort of the eye.

Composition:

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose: 0.3% w/w, Sodium Perborate(as preservative): 0.028% w/w, Sterile Buffered Vehicle: q.s

Uses Of Extralube Eye Gel:

• Used to treat dry eyes and artificial tears.
• Provide reliefs from burning, irritation and discomfort of the eye.

Usage Direction Of Extralube Eye Gel:

• Extralube Eye Gel is intended for external use only, in a dose and direction as advised by the physician.
• Tear and remove safety ring.
• Remove cap & squeeze tube foe use.
• Use within one month after opening the tube.
• Re-place the cap immediate after usage.
• Do not skip or stop using Extralube Eye Gel without the physician’s advice.
• Do not apply more than the recommended dose.
• Before using, always go through the leaflet or label instructions that come with the product.

Precaution & Other Related Information of Extralube Eye Gel:

• If allergic to any ingredients of Extralube Eye Gel, let the physician know straight away.
• If found any other complications, inform the physician immediately.
• The physician should be well informed when concomitant application of this one with with any other products.
• Consult with the physician during pregnancy & lactation.
• Extralube Eye Gel is for ophthalmic use only.
• It should be used under medical advice only.
• Do not touch the tip after opening as this may contaminate the gel.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Warning:

•  If irritation persists or increases, discontinue the use and consult the physician.

Storage Condition Of Extralube Eye Gel:

• Store below 30°C. Do not freeze.
• Protect from light.
