Excela Moisturiser is a non-comedogenic moisturizer for oily and acne-prone skin. It provides a matte feel and recreates the skins own natural moisture by supporting the water and lipid balance in epidermis. The cream helps to reduce sebum production by inhibiting multiplication of sebum producing cells and moisturizes the skin while also reducing shininess and pore size.
