ENO powder is indicated for the symptomatic relief of heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, and upset stomach due to these symptoms. Consult your doctor before using this product if you have any medical condition. This product reduces the acidity of your stomach and may interfere with how other medications are absorbed; therefore please take other medications at a different time of the day. Consult your doctor before using this product if you are taking any other medicines.
How to Use - If you are an adult, or a child who is at least 12 years old, the correct dose is to simply dissolve one sachet (5 g) or one spoonful of powder (5ml) in one cup of water. If you feel that you need it, you may take a second dose after 2-3 hours, but you should not take ENO powder more than two times a day.
