How to Use - If you are an adult, or a child who is at least 12 years old, the correct dose is to simply dissolve one sachet (5 g) or one spoonful of powder (5ml) in one cup of water. If you feel that you need it, you may take a second dose after 2-3 hours, but you should not take ENO powder more than two times a day.
