About R5 Drop:

R5 Drop is a homoeopathic medicine indicated especially for ulcus parapyloricum. It is useful in treating acute and chronic gastritis, dyspepsia, and chronic relapsing gastritis with or without ulceration. It also helps to prevent stomach disorders and relieve heartburn, bad taste in the mouth, frequent bleching, meteorism, and flatulence.
