Dhootapapeshwar Sinhanad Guggul Tablet is an ayurvedic medicine indicated for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, vata disorders, gout, skin disorders, ascites, etc.

Ingredients:

Each Tablet contains:

Choorna of Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) fruit pericarp, Bibhitaka (Terminalia bellirica) fruit pericarp, Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) fruit pericarp each: 54.348 mg and Shodhit Gandhaka: 18.116 mg, Shodhit Guggulu (Commiphora wightii) exudate (Guduchi shodhit): 54.348 mg, Eranda taila: 14.493 mg.

Preservatives used: Sodium benzoate, Sodium methyl paraben, Sodium propyl paraben.

Dosage & Anupan:

  •   2-4 tablets twice or thrice a day with Maharasnadi kadha, Amrutarishta, Dashamoolarishta or lukewarm water preferably after meals or as directed by the physician.

Pathya (Preferred):

  •   Diet: Old rice, horse gram, buttermilk, castor oil, garlic, snake gourd, bitter gourd, brinjal, drumstick, lukewarm water, ginger (fresh).
  •   Lifestyle: Fomentation (dry), fasting, medicated enema, application of lepa, purgation.

Apathya (To be avoided):

  •   Diet: Curd, fish, jaggery, milk, black gram, incompatible diet (eg. milk together with banana), heavy food, alcohol.
  •   Lifestyle: Keeping late nights, smoking.
