Dhootapapeshwar Saptavimshatika Guggul Tablet is an ayurvedic formulation used to treat fistula, fissure, piles and non-healing wounds. It’s herbal ingredients are effective for worm infestation, flatulence, pelvic pain, ascites, filariasis, cough, breathlessness, painful micturition and skin diseases.

Each Tablet contains:
Choorna of Shunthi (Zingiber officinale) rhizome, Maricha (Piper nigrum) fruit, Pippali (Piper longum) fruit, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) fruit pericarp, Bibhitaka (Terminalia belerica) fruit pericarp, Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) fruit pericarp, Musta (Cyperus rotundus) rhizome, Vidanga (Embelia ribes) fruit, Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) stem, Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica) root, Shathi (Hedychium spicatum) rhizome, Ela (Sookshma) (Elettaria cardamomum) seed, Pippalimoola (Piper longum) root, Hapusha (Juniperus communis) fruit, Devadaru (Cedrus deodara) heart wood, Tumburu (Zanthoxylum armatum) fruit, Pushkara (Inula racemosa) root, Chavya (Piper chaba) stem, Indravaruni (Citrullus colocynthis) root, Haridra (Curcuma longa) rhizome, Daruharidra (Berberis aristata) stem, Gajapippall (Scindapsus officinalis) fruit each: 3.086 mg and Vida lavana, Sauvarchala lavana, Yavakshara, Svarjeekshara, Saindhava lavana each: 3.086 mg and Shodhit Guggulu (Commiphora wightii) exudate (Guduchi shodhit): 166.667 mg.
Preservatives used: Sodium benzoate.
Dosage & Anupan:
- 2-4 tablets twice or thrice a day with Abhayarishta, Mahamanjishthadi kadha or lukewarm water preferably after meals or as directed by the Physician.
Pathya (Preferred):
- Diet: Shali rice, red rice (weedy rice), wheat, barley, green gram, horse gram, black pepper, garlic, ginger (fresh), elephant's foot (Soorana kanda), drumstick, buttermilk, butter (without salt), cow ghee, honey, amla.
- Lifestyle: Fasting, regular habits of eating & sleeping, personal hygiene.
Apathya (To be avoided):
- Diet: Heavy food, fish, curd, black gram, Viruddha Ahar e.g. milk together with fish, irregular habits of eating e.g. overeating, drinking too much water or no water during a meal, eating without appetite.
- Lifestyle: Exposure to heat & the Sun, strenuous physical & mental work, over indulgence in sex, curbing natural urges.

- As directed by the physician.
